Samuels & Company Selected to Represent Large Puerto Rican Developer

Samuels & Company has been selected by PRISA Group to assist the leasing and development of District Live! in San Juan, Puerto Rico. 

PRISA Group (PRISA) is a family-owned developer, builder and owner of green residential communities, hospitality, resort and entertainment projects in Puerto Rico and Florida. The firm has delivered over 3,000 residential units in the last 20 years and owns and is currently developing projects in San Juan, Dorado, Bayamon, Manati, Vega Alta, and San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico, as well as in Orlando and Tampa, Florida.

Continuing their Landlord Representation efforts for entertainment retail projects (like LA LIVE!, CityWalk and Oxigeno), Samuels & Company will assist PRISA in their leasing efforts with AEG, who will be leasing and operating a 6,000 seat Pavilion of live performance.  Samuels & Company will coordinate marketing and leasing efforts with PRISA to find unique entertainment retail tenants to compliment the luxury Caribbean Cinemas and 175 Room Hyatt Place at their District Live project, which expects to open in 2019 as Puerto Rico goes through its rebuilding efforts.
