- Review financing alternatives
- Prepare project underwriting packages for potential financing sources
- Assist clients in securing necessary debt and equity financing from public and private sources
- Oversee construction management
- Oversee general contractor to ensure project is completed on budget and on timSupervise all payment and lien releases
