Samuels & Company has been engaged as the Company’s advisor and exclusive broker to assist the Chief Development Officer in the nationwide expansion of this attraction. In this capacity, Samuels & Company will assess new markets, evaluate potential sites and negotiate all documents including letters of intents and lease agreements.
Titanic World’s Largest Museum Attraction, currently located in Pigeon Forge, TN and Branson, MI, allows guests to engage, immerse and educate with the most famous ocean liner in history and the largest man-made object of her time. The Company creates a unique experience comprising more than 20 galleries displaying over 400 authentic artifacts chosen from its artifacts inventory of over 2,000 pieces (one of the largest in the world).
