Legoland Discovery Center breaks ground at Great Mall in Milpitas

LEGOLAND Discovery Center will be opening a 31,000 square foot attraction in the Sears site at the Milpitas Great Mall. The center will have 10 build and play areas where kids can build with approximately 1-2 million legos, enjoy interactive rides and join classes taught be a Lego master model builder.

Samuels & Company has assisted the Company in its North America expansion program for the last 12 years. To date, this has resulted in opening 34 locations in 24 markets in the United States and Canada, including 14 LEGOLAND Discovery Centers. This Milpitas location, scheduled to open in Spring 2020, will be the first LEGOLAND Discovery Center in California.
