Cinemark Theaters to Anchor Oxigeno’s Human Playground in Costa Rica

Samuels & Company led Cuestamoras Urbanismo in their negotiations and execution of a lease with Cinemark for a 43,000 square feet state of the art theater in Oxigeno, the Costa Rican company’s Human Playground, “a unique space where entertainment, shopping, gastronomy, shows, nightlife and nature converge.”
Oxigeno’s Human Playground is scheduled to open by the end of 2018.
