Over 2,000 people submitted applications for the Master Model Builder position (a full-time paid dream job for Lego fans) at the LEGOLAND Discovery Center located in the Easton Town Center in Columbus, OH. This attraction including rides, an interactive factory tour, a Lego model of the State of Ohio, and the Master Model Builder, is a two-story, 36,000-square-foot play center geared for ages 3-10 that took over the Easton Station space formerly occupied by KDB and GameWorks.

Samuels & Company negotiated the transaction for this location for Merlin Entertainments which is the 12th LDC in North America and 22nd worldwide.
