Merlin’s latest LEGO Discovery Center opens in Washington, DC

Located in Virginia’s Springfield Town Center (owned by PREIT), in the greater Washington, DC metropolitan area, Samuels & Company, Inc. led the site search and lease negotiations for the 32,000-square foot attraction. There are 27 LEGOLAND Discovery Centers across the world. The first next-gen LEGO Discovery Center in North America launched in Atlanta earlier this year, and then in Boston. Samuels & Company, Inc. led the site search and lease negotiations for both Atlanta and Boston.
