  • Evaluate/delineate trade areas
  • Analyze demographic information and competition
  • Manage national broker network

Identify available site opportunities

  • Evaluate locations and financial viability of all available sites
  • Work with government agencies to satisfy all entitlement requirements

Leasing and Development Process

  • Assist in preparation of all marketing materials
  • Negotiate business and financial terms for lease agreements or acquisitions
  • Oversee the completion of all documentation
  • Work with construction professionals to insure completion on time and on budget
